Home Team reaches shoppers at the moment they are deciding what to put in the basket. Three slots are for sale, and some things are not.

Pinned below the results, never on top of them. It cannot cover an answer.

Never first, never second. The honest answer comes before the paid one, and it is labelled Sponsored in the same weight as the surrounding type.

Product page · in the store list
A grocer appearing in "where to buy", after the shopper has already chosen the product. It changes where they shop, not what they buy — and it never sits beside the ownership claims.
What is not for sale
Ranking. Ownership, manufacturing and ingredients decide the order alternatives appear in. No amount of money changes it, and the top-ranked answer is never a paid placement.
Shopper data. You get aggregate reporting. Not location, not list contents, not search history — nothing about individuals.
U.S. companies. We do not sell inventory to American brands, retailers, or a parent company routed through a Canadian subsidiary. An app for finding alternatives to U.S. products cannot take their money.
Interstitials, autoplay sound, and anything on the scan camera. One paid unit per screen, and never in the way.
